School & Parent Information
“A hundred years from now it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove . . . But the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child.”
Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! Kenneth N. Butz, Jr. Elementary is a K-3 building. Presently 375 students are enrolled. We have 115 enrolled in Blue Eagle Cyber Academy and 260 enrolled in our hybrid program. Research shows that parents/guardians play a key role in each student’s academic success. Therefore, we invite all parents and guardians to become involved with the KBES community. Please contact me if you have any questions and/or concerns as the school year progresses. Parent support and input is always appreciated. Appointments can be scheduled through my secretaries. However, I have an open-door policy and will see you immediately if I am not in a class or at a meeting.
Listed is some information that will help you to better understand some basic procedures related to KBES. I encourage you to read this information.
